Great vibe and love the ambiance. My cappuccino was very good and tried the meatball sub which I enjoyed. Offering a full range of foods from desserts to small plates as well as a couple lunch options. The cocktail bar downstairs was very cool as well. I'll need to try that next time. 🤓

Amazing customer service, thank you!! We had a Hot coco, peppermint latte, salted caramel latte, and an oatmeal raisin cookie..All were very good!! This is such a cute place, with quite a bit of seating in the back too. Id definitely recommend checking them out for coffee, sweets, breakfast, and brunch! Downstairs is awesome too, and I'm so glad we went there, and had fun!

My mom, sister, and I decided to try The Brewhouse in Toledo, Ohio for my sister’s birthday lunch, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. When we first sat down, the table was completely dirty and had clearly not been wiped off. We ended up cleaning it ourselves before we could even sit comfortably. It wasn’t a great first impression. We spent about $77 on two appetizers and three meals during lunchtime. Since it was our first time there, we asked the employee ringing us up a few questions about the menu. Instead of being helpful, she seemed irritated that we were asking questions, which made the interaction uncomfortable. I ordered the grilled chicken parmesan sandwich, and it was by far the worst part of the visit. The chicken was not grilled at all. It appeared to be a frozen chicken breast that had been boiled and placed on a bun with sauce on the side. Water was literally coming out of the chicken, which soaked the bun and made the whole sandwich soggy and unappetizing. Another uncomfortable part of the experience was that multiple homeless individuals were lingering very close to where we were eating and staring at us the entire time. I want to be clear that I have nothing against people who are struggling, but it made the dining environment feel very uncomfortable. We even ended up buying them food because they were standing nearby watching us eat. Overall, the location itself was nice and the seating area looked good, but the dirty table, poor customer service, and very low food quality made the experience disappointing—especially for a birthday lunch. Maybe it was just a bad day or bad luck, but unfortunately after this visit we will not be returning.
