Bright Star Thai Vegan Cuisine

First time going , will be back. Best Began food I ever had. First time having Thai Vegan food & wasn't disappointed. They had a lunch special, amazing appetizers. Everything was affordable. No regrets will be back! Had 2 meals , 2 appetizers and tea & it was under $50 (before tip) i've spent more on fast food. I'm trying to be healthy in 2026 and i will be coming back. I don't live in Cali but it's a few miles away from where i work and will now be coming back everytime i find myself back in Cali! Thank you for the pleasant experience i never thought id actually enjoy Vegan food & you guys proved me wrong. Everything was so delicious even the brown fried rice & i usually hate brown rice lol

This place is amazing! It’s one of my favorite vegan restaurants. I come here as often as I can. Everything is DELICIOUS. Some of my favorite things are the papaya salad, seaworld soup, orange chicken, and fish burger. And the Thai tea 🤤 the service is also fantastic.

The service was rushed the waiter was super impatient even when we told him it was our first time there. We felt under pressure to hurry up and pick without even being able to study the menu. The food flavors were nothing exciting, and some of the textures left much to be desired, especially the fried rice. The orange chicken tasted nothing like orange chicken it was basically like tofu nuggets drizzled with agave syrup or smth similarly sweet. None of the dishes flavors hit the spot, but if we had to pick one that fared better than the rest it was probably the yellow curry with chicken. It had a bit more authentic flavor and zing to it. The rest was nothing we enjoyed at all, even the Thai tea at $7 was watered down and not tasty. It was our first and last time and we will never return again. The ambiance was nothing impressive, pretty standard with overall dark brown furniture and accents. Definitely my least favorite vegan place I've ever eaten at. Disappointed for sure.
