Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Upon entering, this place has a nice atmosphere. Although I immediately noticed all the workers there are Chinese, not Vietnamese. So, I’m wondering if this is Chinese owned rather than Vietnamese owned. However, the service staff were very nice. The food was okay. The phở broth was very good, but they didn’t give me enough herbs. I think I counted 4-5 leaves of basil. The fresh spring rolls were mediocre to me. It lacked the minty taste. I think it’s a bit pricey compared to some other Vietnamese places I’ve been to. Also, I didn’t like the fact that they didn’t have warning about the fish sauce IN some of their dishes. That’s violating safety regulations because people who are seafood allergic could potentially get sick from this. They DO have more options that don’t have fish sauce, which is a good alternative. Overall, if you enjoy Vietnamese food and you live around the area, it’s worth checking out. But if you live in Cleveland, there are plenty of other great Vietnamese places you can choose from.

My server was very sweet and attentive. I got a bowl of Pho and added some extra meat. They do have a veggie broth for those who are vegetarian/vegan. The veggies and meat that I got were very fresh. I gave it an overall 4 cause I have been to some of the mom and pop places around Cleveland and am comparing a bit. Still an excellent spit to get a bite to eat

This spot just opened recently, and we stopped by during their lunch promo. The staff was super friendly and attentive, even though it was busy with most tables full around noon on Saturday. The summer rolls were fresh and delicious, and the pork rice dish came with a generous portion. I loved the HK tea — the bear-shaped ice was such a cute touch — and I went with a regular iced coffee drip. The pho could use improvement; the broth was a bit bland, but the bowl was packed with noodles and meat. The interior design is beautiful, and overall, we had a really enjoyable experience!
