I recently visited this Mexican restaurant and overall had a really great experience. The food was flavorful, fresh, and came out quickly, and the atmosphere felt lively and welcoming. Our server, Elizabeth, did a fantastic job. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was running smoothly at our table. She checked in at the right times, had a great attitude, and made us feel genuinely taken care of. Service like that really makes a difference. The only downside was that they didn’t have any guacamole available that day. I was really craving it—what Mexican restaurant doesn’t have guacamole? Still, Elizabeth apologized and handled it professionally, and it was clear that it wasn’t her fault. Aside from that small hiccup, everything else was wonderful. I’d definitely come back and hope they have guacamole next time!

Visiting Gainesville for the first time and was recommended Burrito Factory. The burritos are MASSIVE! I really enjoyed the burrito verde (it was like a Philly cheesesteak!) and the atmosphere is really nice. Perfect for a date night!
