Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

I recently visited Burrito Factory after being referred by a friend who specifically recommended the chili relleno burrito. Unfortunately, my experience did not align with the recommendation. Upon entering, there was no staff visible, and once someone did come out, the interaction felt quite unwelcoming. While she did smile, there was no greeting, no menu offered, and no guidance — especially important for a first-time customer. The menu was not clearly displayed, and I was not asked any clarifying questions regarding my order or customization options. I ordered the chili relleno burrito and confirmed whether salsa was included. I was told yes and proceeded with the order, even leaving a tip despite the lack of engagement or explanation. When I arrived at my destination and opened the container, I was surprised to find there was no burrito at all — no tortilla, just a chili relleno covered in queso alongside rice, beans, and pico de gallo. Additionally, there was no salsa included as stated. The presentation resembled a plated entrée rather than a burrito, and did not match what I ordered or expected. While I did eat the meal, I did not feel it justified the $14 cost, especially considering that it was not what I requested. Overall, the combination of unclear communication, lack of customer service, and receiving an incorrect order made this a disappointing first visit. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as improving communication and customer experience could make a significant difference.

Gross food. Unseasoned boiled steak. Pale gross looking chicken. Pico looked days old and wilted. Guacamole from a bag, queso watered down and tortillas are gross and tore easy. The business always looks dead from the outside. I can see why. We won't be back. The gal who took my order was nice though. Not worth 28 bucks.

Not impressed. I had better experiences and quality overseas in Spain. There was no fan or air inside here, not even a draft. Not recommended to dine in if you need any semblance of fresh air. It was cooler outside. I'm far from elderly but I almost passed out while dining in Tossed the food after about 5 bites. Good concept (similar to Chipotle, QDoba, etc other fast food places). Prices were a little more than anticipated. Paid $35 for 2 burritos and 2 drinks. Burritos were a little larger than the frozen ones and ingredients were not hot or even warm which was surprising. The positive is they accept cards, assembled to order, and a variety of ingredients. Service was not stellar or friendly. I had never been in the place before. It is quaint. You have to get your drink before ordering but by the time you sit down. Your bottle is sweating from the heat. The young lady assembling burritos was not friendly. Is that normal for thia town or area? Or maybe she was unhappy with serving people in the heat. I can see why the website says delivery or carry out. Might be a local fave for those who don't know about real authentic food. This is fast food slightly above fast food pricing.
