First time eating here. We got 2 bowls 2 drinks free chips with a 12 Oz queso, which was $8 , 2 churros, and a oatmeal cookie for $40. Chipotle could never. The lady who seemed to be the manager gave her very best to making sure we were happy with the food and service. We were also given a hole punch card for our visit. After 10 visits we get a free item.

Whoever work Wednesday night at 630 pm, the entire staff was amazing. Talking through our orders. Customer satisfaction was great. Alexandria was great, kept checking on us. Checking to see if the food was good and even took our tray once we finished eating. The entire staff had a great attitude.

Let me start by saying Burrito Shak is literally my favorite food and I eat here at least 4 times a week. So it makes sense that my family gets me a gift card, I have only been able to use it once. The first time was fine, the second time it declined it and I had to pay out of pocket, it was a line so after the manager who is extremely sweet tried, I just paid. Today I tried and I know I have 12.41 on the card, same manager tried and STILL declined. So again I had to pay out of pocket. Why offer gift cards if they don’t work. Just frustrating. Notice I am also the same person who raved about you guys remembering my order and the service is amazing. Just super irritating I have had to come out of pocket twice when I have a gift card. I think I’ll take a break from burrito shak
