Food was good, many items were unavailable during the soft opening which was disappointing but won’t scoff at a free meal- I’ve been to the Del Mar location a couple of times and was happy to Trudy at the RB opening. She’s wonderful. My only real complaint (or suggestion) is to out up blinds- they are large west facing windows so half of the restaurant looks right at the sunset- it was so bright it was uncomfortable to sit in the restaurant. The dining area is pretty small so tables are really tight- you’ll make some new friends that way though.

Went to Bushfire for their soft opening and had such a great experience. I ordered the surf and turf plate and the salmon was perfectly cooked, I got it medium rare. The Brussel sprouts and sweet potato fries were so good, and the sauces were honestly elite. We also tried the empanadas and cookies and everything was super flavorful. The empanadas were my favorite, definitely a must try. The cookies surprised me too, super soft and packed with flavor. My favorite was the lemon white macadamia nut. The staff really made it even better. Everyone was so friendly and helped walk me through the menu with their recommendations. Service was great, they checked in often and cleared plates without being too much. The location is also super convenient with plenty of parking, and the space was clean with a really nice vibe. I will definitely be back.

I had a truly delicious meal tonight at Bushfire Kitchen. The service was great. I will definitely be returning! 5/5!
