Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

We visited Italy a few years ago and the one thing we always missed was the good food. This place hit the spot we were missing! Definitely one of the best hole in the wall places along i20.

My wife and I were in Marshall on a trip and found this restaurant. I was a bit unsure about it by looking at the outside but when we went in I knew it was the real deal. We had the spaghetti and meatballs with a salad and it was fantastic! The meatballs were authentic Italian and the sauce the same. The salad was large and delicious along with the Italian bread. We have tried to find an Italian restaurant that has good meatballs but were unsuccessful until today! We live an hour away but if the Lord allows we will definitely be back! I can’t wait to try their other entrees.

Looking @ the reviews I was looking forward to a good meal and the food missed the mark. Atmosphere was ok, waitress was funny and did a good job. Was just - disappointed with the flavor of the food. How do you make a hawaiian pizza tasteless? My husband and I were neither impressed. I ordered a Ceasar salad which was iceberg lettuce with a bland dressing and blah croutons. My fettuccine was ok. The best thing we had was the rolls and I had ordered some garlic & oil. The rolls are interesting though - like mini breads that rise fluffy and light but have a slight crisp all over them. A little butter or the oil and they were good.
