Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Let me start this off by saying, we have been coming to this Patachou since this place opened, so after saying that, I have to say this has never happened, before this place changed ownership. Service, portions, and quality of the food has lacked. I'm sorry to say, because we really enjoyed coming here, the fact that we probably won't return is very profound because the former staff that made this place GREAT whom we enjoyed made our return here time and again, were wonderful experiences, but those experiences are all but gone, save the manager, and she has always the BEST server and now Manager. She tried over and over to make this situation right and I really do appreciate her, but the attempt by WHOEVER tried to disguise the disgusting food that was sat before be me has insulted me. Why is it that when a GREAT place to eat that has built a great reputation in the community, is then sold and instead of building off that great reputation, the new quality of service, food and price is horribly affected? It took the server eight-minutes to greet us at the bar. After we received our food, I had to ask for eating utensils and a napkin. My eggs were cold, and I'm not talking about warm-cold, I mean cold. The French toast waffle was burnt --- on both sides!!! I’m sorry to say, we won't return.

This has been the best brunch place I’ve had since being in Indiana for a couple years now. Everything was cooked to perfection and the sweet cream cold brew was beyond perfect. My only complaint would be how comically loud it is inside. But the food is absolutely incredible. I’ll be coming back often.

I went there for lunch. It was too crowded and we waited for about half an hour. Their food was fantastic! We ordered soup and salad and veggie dishes. The area was so good and well decorated. The only thing that was a bit annoying was the sound of the crowd! I couldn’t even hear my next chair friend’s voice. Prices are a bit more than a usual coffee shop. All in all, you should experience their food. Highly recommended.
