I’ve gone to their other location near Pearland Parkway and enjoyed their food. I was happy that this location is closer to me so I don’t have to drive far to get their food. I ordered takeout: lamb shank and gyro. They come with salad, hummus, and pita. They are just as delicious as the other location. Their place is beautifully decorated and their staff is friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.

The food was wonderful. The prices were reasonable. The service was noticeably lacking. The wait time for our meals was pushing the boundary of ridiculous. One coming out significantly before the other. I think they were short-staffed, or the kitchen was overwhelmed. I will be visiting again, and will adjust my review accordingly at that time.

I recently visited Cafe Petra with my family, and it was such a wonderful experience! The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered a variety of appetizers and everything was full of flavor. The falafel was amazing! Perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. We also loved the fried halloumi and the kibbi. For our main dishes, I had the chicken shawarma and my husband had the combination plate. We really both enjoyed our meals, you can really taste the quality in every dish. We also tried a couple of desserts and the baklava cheesecake was delicious! The service was just as impressive as the food. Everyone was friendly, attentive and welcoming. The restaurant itself was beautiful! You can tell a lot of thought went into it. We will definitely be back!
