Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Okay Saigon has come a long way since their opening, their beef stew was flavorful and yummy. The baguette was baked to perfection. Crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside (obsessed). Wish I could have video recorded the steam that came out from the baguette. Seriously the perfect combination with the stew and baguette. I had their matcha strawberry as well, and enjoyed it. My husband had the pho, and the broth was great! A hidden gem in Claremore!

It's a very cute, small business. When I walked in, I could smell a luscious incense faintly which added to the atmosphere. Staff also very kind! The average price of their specialty drinks is $7. I got the pandan latte, pictured; on the sweet side but incredible pandan flavor and comes with pandan nata de coco!! I haven't been too fond of pandan in the past, but I've changed my mind. The food is cheaper than all the other Vietnamese restaurants I have been to. But the flavor? More than the other restaurants! I got the chicken banh mi which is huge but I stayed to finish the whole thing--soooo good! I just wish they had a jalaleño level option so that way folks with a high spice tolerance can have more, meanwhile those who can't handle spice have the option to get without. I'm the gal at the Pakistani restaurant who orders the highest spice level then they have to bring out extra hot sauce and chili flakes for me. This is just a suggestion! But also this is me being greedy so that I can get more jalapeños next time. 🫣 TLDR; low prices, big portions, amazing flavors. Perfect comfort food.

Coffee is second to none! The Banh Mi bread was phenomenal, it was light and crispy. The sandwich was hands down best sandwich I’ve ever had! The balance of flavors with the lightly kiss pickled vegetables with the cilantro. By itself it was amazing, but once you add the Sriracha it brings it to new level! I will be back to explore their menu! Please make sure that this gem is here forever!
