I work around the corner and we order weekly. We used to order at least 3 times a week, however the quality has gone down significantly and the cashier/ phone/ to go staff is often rude. We’ve switched to Olympic where the food is awesome, cheaper with better portions, and staff is always pleasant. Today as my boyfriend was heading to my home in Winston from Greensboro, I had him pick up the Buffalo chicken salad since the location is right off the highway. He placed the order at the drive thru because the restaurant was super busy with no open parking spaces. He was scolded by the brunette with lots of make up for not calling ahead (he didn’t know otherwise.) There is no signage stating that drive thru is for call ahead orders. I get the salad and the chicken is wildly over cooked- hard as a rock. This may be the last time I dine at Cagney’s. I can handle a few lackluster meals, but nothing on the overpriced menu can make me overlook foul attitudes. There are better places to eat.

Excellent breakfast today. Everything cooked perfectly. Very clean and nice atmosphere. Large portions. Huge biscuits. I love their rye toast. Coffee is great too!

A great all-around family restaurant. Extensive menu with daily specials. I love the teriyaki chicken salad with homemade ranch. The French onion soup is also delicious. We've been to several in the area, but Kernersville is our favorite location. Their pizza is a hidden gem!
