We were looking for a good Vietnamese restaurant in Eagan and we knew about Cam Ranh Bay as it is next door to our insurance company. We had never eaten there prior to today so we thought we'd give it a try. The food was really good and well worth the price. We ate at the restaurant even though their seating is limited, but there was no problem getting a table. The lady who served us was very pleasant and the service was wonderful. I think we've found our new favorite restaurant.

It's a small restaurant with a few dine-in tables. They have a very reasonably priced lunch specials and some regular dishes. Their lunch specials are pretty good value with more than decent amount of food. They also have some pho, not the best (especially if you compared to California's standard) but it is pretty decent IMHO, maybe 7 or 8 out of 10 for the pho. Their lunch specials value are 8 or 9 of 10.

We did take out and it was great! We split the 3 lunch specials between the 4 of us and it was enough! Nice flavors and spicy levels. Eggrolls and wontons were good too!
