New spot with awesome food. Had the Rican Vegan Bowl, which is tasty and quite filling. Sited in a shared incubator kitchen in a repurposed Underwear Factory, it’s definitely all about the food. The owner/chef cares about using quality and local ingredients and bringing culinary interest to vegetarian and vegan Latin foods. They also have non vegetarian/vegan options. Look for them in farmers markets throughout the Hudson valley this year and support them!
