If I can give their food a negative review I would!! Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! We wanted to try a new place because we saw this restaurant on SLCFoodie Instagram. I don’t know who is running that page, but they should be fired! This food was inedible! I got the short ribs. They were EXTREMELY TOUGH and could barely cut through the meat! Didn’t even bother trying to eat it. My husband got a skirt steak and it was just as rough! The manager (Carlos) was extremely sweet and trying to do his best to make the customer happy. I appreciate that very much and he is a good employee. Honestly, we will not be coming back.. and I do hope they look over their menu and revise it. This was very unacceptable.

Social media had me thinking, i gotta try this place and even my 7yr old son was happy we did. The drinks were a presentation i highly recommend, the whole restaurant floor was watching as people ordered different drinks and each had its own unique flavorful presentation and fresh ingredients. The food was the same, steak cut and cooked perfectly. The seafood was a step up, disassembled and placed nicely into a plate and very tasty! The staff was very polite about us asking questions about food and drinks and for that i say thank you 🙏, new-by gringos felt accepted and we loved the atmosphere they created!

We went to Casa Salvaje to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and it was absolutely perfect. The food was incredibly flavorful, with generous portion sizes that did not disappoint. Every dish tasted fresh and well-prepared. The drinks were so fun and creative—definitely added to the overall experience. Jonathan, our server, truly made the night special. He took the time to explain the menu, offered great recommendations, and provided attentive, friendly service throughout the evening. Between the amazing food, fun drinks, and outstanding service, it was a memorable celebration. Highly recommend Casa Salvaje for a special occasion or a great night out!
