Today my boyfriend and I went to the Friendly Center location after a long day at work. We arrived around 9:47 PM, well before closing, but the service we received was extremely disappointing. The employee who helped us had a terrible attitude — it honestly felt like we were bothering him or that we owed him something. Our bowls were barely filled, and we weren’t even offered basic toppings like beans or lettuce. For $31, the portions were tiny and the experience was awful. Meanwhile, the Cava on Wendover gives amazing customer service every time — we paid $13 for a bowl there and it was fully loaded and delicious. I am very unhappy with my visit to the Friendly Center location. The service was unacceptable, and the employee’s behavior completely ruined our meal. As someone who also works in customer service, I would never treat customers that way. I definitely do NOT recommend this location.

So I was supposed to do this last night and completely forgot. I had a long day and late night and rather than hit a fast food restaurant I wanted something on more of the healthy side. When I came in I met the most kind and helpful young lady who helped me choose the new chicken swarma !!! She was so sweet and did not miss a beat as I asked her so many questions about the chicken lol If you see her give her a shout out for me. And I’m so sorry I forgot her name but I have a picture 😆

CAVA is just very unique. It has a pleasant atmosphere inside, it's very clean and presentable, and they make you feel welcome. The serving section of line is clean and well presented, clean, amd lots of choices to choose from. You can build your own dish, or can choose from a selection presented and readily available. The staff and servers are polite, guide you through what you're trying to select, and tell you about all textures, intensities, and flavors you're intrigued and interested into. Delicious food that's full of flavor. I tried the seasoned honey chicken, and all the special delicate toppings and herbs with the rice and ibwas well pleased for my first time here since they changed from Zoe's Kitchen. I strongly recommend you give them a try and they will treat you well, as they have great attitudes and customer care. I really appreciate Tyler as he helped me, amd made it super smooth and explained well. A great addition there. I greatly enjoyed and liked the manager Whitney as well, as she was just a delight talking to her, and seeing her help and be a part of her team.
