My girlfriend and I decided to try Cava for the first time after a gym workout and it did not disappoint! Luis was polite and super helpful with us when it came to choosing our meals and answering questions about the toppings! I got the Chicken Harissa (swapped the chicken for steak) and it was great! My mom and I stopped in on 10/11 for a quick lunch . As we walked in atmosphere was very dry, as we got up to the counter to order and the 3 girls tending the serving were also very dry, short and rude. Not one smile was cracked or any tone of friendliness given. When asked about the bowls/pitas there such awkwardness in the conversation. I asked about 2 different bowls and ended up going with one and she must understood me and made 2. At the time of paying i let the girl know that it was only 1 bowl and 1 pita. She looked to The girl who served us and said with such attitude to me , "did you not say 2 bowls?" I explained no I asked about the 2 different ones and she replied thats not what you said. Then proceeded to tell the cashier to just remove it. After that the entire lunch was awkward as we sat there to eat we heard the girls finally laugh and chuckle. After the exchange we had we could only feel like they were talking about us. We definitely wouldn't be back to this location but would travel for others to re experience it again.

Timothy delivered wonderful service with a smile and I so appreciated his extra touch to make the experience memorable. The food was very yummy and fresh and loved the beverage selection and simple but cute branding. The whole experience felt fresh and made my night as a work traveler visiting a new place.
