We had a great experience at CAVA! The spicy lamb meatballs were packed with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and had just the right amount of heat. My wife had the garlic chicken with rice, and it was just as delicious—tender, well-cooked, and full of Mediterranean spices. The quality of the food remains excellent, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. However, we did notice that the portion sizes have gotten smaller compared to last time we visited . While the flavors are still top-notch, a little more quantity would have made it even better. That said, the service was great, with three people attending to us efficiently, and the restaurant was well-maintained. Still one of our favorite Mediterranean spots!

First time customer - WASTED 15$ ON A SHWARMA PITA WRAP ONLY FOR IT TO FALL OUT OF THE BAG: I am not usually the type to leave review. Let’s start with this I enter to order , the guy who attended me was very nice , however when he scooped the chicken he did not make sure that there wasn’t a lot of juice. He handed it to another employee and they did take out some of the juice. Then he put vegetables on it which caused it to be juicy again , he then proceeded to try to wrap it but failed , however it was still handed off to me. So when I took it out of the bag there was food falling out of my shawarma pita wrap. It wasn’t till I got back to work that I grabbed it and opened the door (it was leaking all the juice.) and won’t you know it the bag ripped and my food fell. 15$ down the drain. Horrible first customer experience.

Fast-casual Mediterranean spot, set up like Chipotle but with way more customization and no extra charges for dips or dressings. I tried the Garlicky Chicken Shawarma Bowl and a grain bowl with Italian meatballs — both fresh, flavorful, and filling. Loved the variety of dips (hummus, harissa, crazy feta, roasted eggplant, and others), though the garlic dressing was a little watery and the skhug was disappointing. Next time I’ll skip the skhug and go with a vinaigrette or another option. Just note that the cost changes based on the protein you pick. The pita was warm but soggy, still useful as a scoop for the dips. They also offer unique drinks like pineapple mint and blueberry lavender that I’d like to try next time since they’d be a great complement to the food. Overall, 3.5 rounded up to 4 — I just need to figure out my right combination of dips and dressings.
