My first time eating at her last week while vacationing in Panama City Beach, Florida, and I’ve been in love since! My friend introduced me, and the food was so fresh and flavorful. On my way home, I had a craving and decided to stop at their Hoover, Alabama location because I couldn’t get enough! The ingredients are some of the healthiest and freshest I’ve ever tasted, and the staff was so patient and kind while I decided on my order. I’m definitely hoping they open a location in OB Mississippi or Memphis Tennessee soon! Cava is now one of my top favorite restaurants!

Some of the best, healthiest vegan food you can find. I love all their options especially the falafel pita. Lots of high quality veggies to choose from and many vegan sauces! Lots of really good, healthy drinks. This place has quickly become a favorite!

Oh my gosh. I didn’t expect this food to be so delicious. Thank you for amazing vegan options for people with dietary restrictions!! Love everything about the bowls, including as much toppings as you want. Fallafels are the best I’ve had and it all tastes so good together. We are here two nights and this was the only restaurant we felt eating at in this city with our dietary restrictions. Thank you! The star of the show is employee, Hayley, who I can just tell works super hard (I literally saw her just work non-stop with a good attitude and perfect customer service skills). Thank you ! She made me feel comfortable with requests I had and seemed like she loves to help customers instead of feeling bothered. She’s amazing honestly.
