Little disappointed today. I was really shocked at how dirty this cava was. besides there being two forks left the bins , where the forks are kept were so dirty, tables were dirty. Garbage was overflowing. One of the staff members was eating out of a bowl behind the counter. I went to the restroom before we left, The garbage was overflowing toilet was disgusting no toilet paper so we just left We were there at 2:30 PM, December 6

Food? Good. Place? Clean. Staff??? Questionable.. they don’t seem to focus on what actually needs to be done. Especially for online orders. I have waited 30-45 minutes on a bowl that I had ordered way beforehand. I stand at the front for an extra 10-15 minutes waiting to be tended to for my online order but it seems the staff likes to talk and move at the pace of molasses 🐌. As for in person orders, not too much trouble there. But the customer service needs to be worked on. Funny enough, no trouble was had with the manager or shift lead on board on 3/5 .. maybe they should be there 24/7 or hire staff that cares about doing good at their job. Also, fix the faces. No one likes their food made by people with frowns and an attitude. After all, it’s their job.
