Their son, Ryan, often helps out as cashier, and he’s just as thoughtful and kind as the rest of the family. You truly feel welcomed here every single time. I did NOT expect Cedar Taste to be so outstanding! We were expecting generic food court fare, but Cedar Taste turned out to be the best Mediterranean food I have ever eaten! The humus and baba ganoush was especially good … exquisitely creamy, smooth, and tasty. I was raised on my Greek grandmother and aunt’s home cooked Greek food, but their hummus, baba ganoush, & dolmas was not nearly as good as Lebanese chef Sam’s from Cedar Taste. Note: I rated the atmosphere only a 2 as it’s in a food court — not something that Cedar Taste has any control over.
