We made reservations and my mom had the butternut squash noodles and I had the cauliflower steak. We also tried one of their desserts, the pecan pie crème brûlée. The noodles I felt like could use more zing, like the option of lemon juice or vinegar to pull all the flavors together. The cauliflower steak was a 10/10 and well worth the money- the sauce, the way they cooked it, everything was great and perfect. The dessert was fantastic, 10/10. Some additions I think would be nice: I think this restaurant would be really nice to have some fresh bread available for an appetizer. I also think if the vegan/vegetarian meals had a bit more protein that would be awesome, and a vegan dessert and appetizer would be nice too. A lot of restaurants tend to not even meet vegans with a decent, balanced(protein+greens/veggies+grain/noodle/starch+sauce/good seasoning), and flavorful meal. However, I feel like the dishes this restaurant did have for vegetarians were well thought-out and tasty. We arrived a bit early and were seated at the bar while we waited to be seated at our empty prepped table. I didn’t particular like sitting at the bar, and didn’t see the reasoning behind this other than they just don’t sit people at their tables before official dinner hours. Overall, the food was excellent, the staff were friendly and polite, and we’d love to come back again when we are in town.

I have heard of this place for years and finally got the chance to try it. It was good but I wasn't wowed! My ribeye was tasty but under cooked (medium rare and not medium). Although the server was TOP NOTCH, and payed quick attention to the matter, the poorly executed preparation of the ribeye was disappointing. I've had better steaks for MUCH LESS! My friend's short rib over cheese grits was melt in your mouth and fork tender. The grits were tasty as well. The star of the night, was the crispy Brussels Sprouts... better than all the others I will now refer to as copycats out there. The atmosphere is nice if you like the trendy nightclub atmosphere. Our server served up a complimentary strawberry donut (I think it was strawberry. May have been blueberry) It was beautiful to behold, but the bottom was overly charred... 😉 ok, it was burnt. Sorry! I appreciated the gesture and was not about to complain, though... I so wanted to give this one rave reviews and it fell short...

Great dining spot just across my hotel downtown. Vibes were great. Dark and warm at the same time: Made a reservation for 530 pm on a Wednesday and it was fairly quiet. I would expect it to be busier on a weekend night. My waiter (sorry didn’t catch name) was fantastic. Food was all solid - beef short rib and side of Brussels. It had me full but not in a gross way. Flavors were all on point. Also had a strawberry mocktail that was great - shout out bartender! Go eat here if you are in town.
