Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Chaat House has some of the best Indian street food in the Seattle area. Everything tastes fresh, flavorful, and authentic. The pani puri, pav bhaji, kachoori, and papdi chaat were amazing. Definitely a great spot if you’re craving real Indian chaat! Must go for indian street food.

The aloo chaat was pretty good. The chole bhature was just okay. The pani puri didn’t quite hit the mark—the pani wasn’t very flavorful and the aloo stuffing felt bland. I also picked up some parathas to go, and those were actually pretty good.

I’ve ordered from this restaurant twice, and both times the food has been great. Their Chhole Bhature is delicious — perfectly spiced with fluffy bhature — and the chaat is just as good, fresh and flavorful. If you’re craving authentic Indian flavors, this place is definitely worth a try. A solid spot for classic North Indian dishes!
