We visited Chand Palace in Parsippany to celebrate my friend’s birthday and opted for their buffet. From the moment we walked in, the experience started off well we were welcomed warmly and seated immediately. The starter section was impressive👌🏻, offering a wide variety including vegetarian cutlets, samosas, raj kachori, bhel, hara bhara kebabs, and lemon coriander soup. I absolutely loved the kebabs crispy, packed with flavor, and cooked to perfection. We can order only 2 types of Kachori among 8 I guess. The soup was top-notch light yet flavorful, and perfect for the rainy weather we had that day. When it came to the main course, however, I was slightly underwhelmed. The paneer was too hard for my liking and lacked flavor. The noodles and fried rice were okay, but a bit too heavy on the soy sauce. There was also a mixed vegetable dish in Schezwan sauce, which added variety, and naan was served fresh upon request. What truly stood out for me was the dessert section. The payasam was absolutely delicious warm, sweet, and comforting. You can also order mango lassi, which added a nice touch to the end of the meal. Service was quick and friendly, and we appreciated the free parking available on-site. Overall, it was a nice experience, especially with the celebration vibe, but I do hope they expand and improve the main course selection to match the excellent starters and desserts.

I ordered food for a small party. Food was awesome. Everyone liked it . Food was ready well in time to pick up though we wanted it to get delivered but they didn’t have anyone to deliver this order for around 20-25 people. Pure vegetarian Indian food, our order had dal, malai kofta, veg jalfrazi, paneer makhani, dahi vada, manchurian, plane rice, biryani, gulab jamun, Ras malai, Malpua with rabdi, different kind of bread raita etc. everything was very good. Mr Vishal was very helpful and cooperative at Chand palace Parsippany. Highly recommended for dine in or party food. One of our favourite place to dine in as well.
