I'm not kidding when I say this place is amazing! Chang's Food is what the kids call a total 'sleeper' it might look unassuming from the outside, but the food is absolutely incredible. It's hard to put into words just how good the Venezuelan-Chinese fusion is here. On top of the delicious food, the staff was wonderful and the atmosphere made me so happy. If you love a good home cooked meal, you have to try this spot. A hidden gem!

This was our first time here and ordered over the phone. We placed an order of their chicken chow mein, Their version of sweet and sour chicken and they recommended this shrimp that was apparently good.. she didn’t explained that it wasn’t headless. (Only headless shrimp for me🤷🏽♀️) and 2 orders of egg rolls ; their traditional and chicken. (1 order comes with 2). Got home and our sweet sour chicken came out cold and old, the texture was giving a mixture of soggy/hard 🤮. The chicken chow mein was piping hot and it tasted more of an Italian/Mexican mix then a Chinese/Mexican fusion and chicken was dried. The shrimp came with heads (which I could’ve asked questions about when we ordered over the phone but was trusting her recommendation ) we wasn’t a fan of their traditional egg rolls…which by the way gave us 3 and only 1 chicken egg roll, Also probably the only thing decent outta the whole meal👎🏽 such a disappointment.

A real gem in West Valley. A fusion of Chinese food with a Venezuelan flare which enhances the flavours. The food is great and with great portions. The fried rice is a must try, the specialty of the house. The 8 flavours (ocho sabores) is also fantastic. Jimmy, the owner, was extremely kind and his service was outstanding as well as our server Diana. The quality of the food is not reflected on the prices, this is actually cheap for its quality, trust me. Plenty of parking around and easy to find. Totally recommended if you want a great culinary experience.
