It has become a personal tradition for me over the last ten years. Whenever I am in the city, a visit to this place is almost non-negotiable. Over the years, it has maintained its character, flavors, and welcoming atmosphere, which is not easy to do in a city where restaurants change so frequently. One of the things I appreciate most is the ambience. The indoor space has a warm, understated charm, but the real highlight is the outside seating area. It feels relaxed and inviting, making it perfect for long, unhurried meals, especially during pleasant Miami evenings. There is a sense of familiarity here that makes every visit feel comfortable rather than routine. When it comes to food, there are certain dishes that are mandatory for me every single time. The Samsa is always flaky and flavorful, the Pilaf is rich, aromatic, and deeply satisfying, and the Lamb and Chicken Shish Kebabs are consistently juicy and well-seasoned. These dishes alone are enough to justify the visit. This time, however, we discovered Khachapuri on the menu, and it was an absolute standout. We enjoyed it so much that we ended up ordering it again, which says a lot considering how full we already were. The restaurant was jam-packed during this visit, so the food did take quite some time to arrive. Despite that, the service remained commendable. Our server was extremely patient and helpful, especially with the vegetarian members of our group, taking time to explain options clearly. As a thoughtful extra, she even provided a barcode that made our parking free Even after a decade of visits, this Uzbeki restaurant continues to deliver memorable experiences, making it a place I always look forward to returning to.

It wasn’t my first time at an Uzbek restaurant, but this was definitely the best experience I’ve ever had. The food was absolutely amazing. The kebabs were perfectly prepared — juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. Even the tomato salad stood out; the tomatoes were incredibly aromatic and full of rich, fresh flavor. The Olivier salad was finely chopped, had just the right amount of dressing, and tasted delicious. You can really tell that attention to detail goes into every dish. I’ve definitely found my new favorite spot and will be coming back next time I’m in the area. Highly recommended!

I went to Chayhana Oasis for dinner with friends and we had such a great experience. We ordered the Adjaruli Khachapuri, Lamb Samsa, and Manty Lamb — everything was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The Adjaruli Khachapuri especially was warm, cheesy, and comforting, and the lamb dishes were tender and well-seasoned. On top of the food, the atmosphere was wonderful — cozy, welcoming, and perfect for relaxing over dinner and conversation. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it!
