We were on our way home from vacation and wanted to stop somewhere we couldn't get back home and stumbled upon this great place to get some great food along with excellent service that we received from one of the kindest person we meet Chancie was great. She interaction with our 8yr old was comical and a treat. She was busy but still gave us excellent service. I would definitely give them a try.

Food is great as always BUT what stuck out to me was the person that greeted us at the door with the biggest smile on his face completed with a high five 😁 My son worked at the branch located in Warner Robins and has a what some call a disability, as this young man does . I call it extra blessed ! After talking with the manager who was going around checking on each guest I found out this young man has been here 10 years after leaving Easter Seals and this speaks volumes to me about this chain. Not only to they give them work but they are front and center and frankly the most welcoming friendly face to see and it just made my day and warmed my heart ♥️ Cheddars keep doing what do, this choice not only makes the restaurant warmer but it changes lives :)

I really love visiting cheddars in Albany but yesterday’s service was horrible. My friend and I are both servers and we live about 45 minutes away. When we arrived to cheddars it was about 6:30-6:40. We sat on the side where the bartender was the server and he had about 1-2 guest at the bar and two-three other tables. It took him 30-40 minutes just to get our drink orders and another 15-20 before we got them after ordering. We put in an appetizer that came out around 7:40 and it was cold and not what we ordered. The manger was very nonchalant and made excuses instead of trying to actually fix the issue. I even stated to him that I came the week before and I had to wait 30 minutes before I got my drink then but my service ended up being better so it made up for it. After we sent the appetizer back for being wrong and COLD . He brought back the SAME old COLD appetizer which made me feel like he was insulating us. The server NEVER asked were we ready to order , were our drinks okay or anything. My friend had her baby with her and we had to order her food through the kiosk ourselves. This was the absolute WORST experience and it’s sad that we wasted almost two hours there on Sunday , drove almost an hour to eat after working all day ourselves just to leave with nothing . 0/10 experience I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
