I appreciated the effort and the customer service. The second plate was an improvement, but still not quite where it should be. Overall, the service stood out more than the food this visit. I’m hoping next time the meal matches the level of hospitality, because the staff definitely tried to make things right.

Thoroughly enjoyed everything about the restaurant. Food was delicious, staffs hospitality and their service was excellent and cleanliness, taste and items selection was great including the price. I personally had ordered chicken fry and shrimp beer batter fry, it was a great choice. We enjoyed our time and enjoyed our meals there. 4 stars is high bar for my rating so don't worry, between 4-5 to me is there is always a room for restaurants to improve in any area and I'm sure Cheddar's is always striving to offer best to its loyal customers. Regardless, everything was great.

From the moment we hit the door it was amazing our waitress Katie was amazing. She was engaged with us and for our first time here she was a breath of fresh air. Then the manager Amanda was a great aspect of this location. She came by the table to introduce herself and was polite and engaged with her guest as well. Me and husband wish one was in Virginia where we from. Great job and keep it up. We will be back to visit.
