Wife and I had a delicious dinner here. Large perfectly cooked salmon portion with two flavorful sides. Loved the food , extremely friendly staff, and a cozy atmosphere. We will back several times a month for sure. We will save room for their decadent desserts next time.

Absolutely amazing experience. Upon entering the establishment we were greeted by a woman who was leaving and asked us if it was our first time, which we replied yes. She then guided us to the food area and kind of gave us the rundown of how it goes. The staff behind the counter were extremely helpful and friendly. Everybody in the place had Good Vibes and all of the employees were extremely courteous. I don't encounter a customer service like this often. The food was next level. This is my official new favorite spot in Goodlettsville.

We have been visiting this restaurant weekly over the last 15+ years. They use good ingredients, friendly open seating and a great store. Such a wide variety of vegetables. Mexican Coke , And it’s hard not to walk out with a piece of the homemade cake. The German chocolate is our favorite. My daughter likes the cold broccoli salad. They have a whole cold deli type bar and a hot bar with different specials every day. The Jerusalem chicken is amazing and so is the meatloaf. Another favorite is the salmon croquettes. I’m sure vegans would love this place.
