I had the pleasure of experiencing Chez Olga during my very first visit to MI, back in mid-February. The atmosphere and vibes were immaculate throughout the entire dining experience. Every single dish was complementary to the next, while still highlighting its own unique, delicious flavor. I tend to have a low tolerance for spice, but Olga's homemade coleslaw, sampler plate, and signature gumbo reframed my taste buds for the better. The customer service I received was phenomenal. Definitely coming back in the New Year ~ 10/10 would recommend this Grand Rapids gem!

My mother and I stopped into Olga’s in search of some delicious Haitian food and she did not disappoint. Her Caribbean rice, plantains, accra, and patties were very good and clearly made with love. I hadn’t had jus corossol in years and my thirst was finally quenched. We were able to have a lovely conversation with Olga herself and by the time we left, we felt like family. Great food, great service, and wonderful atmosphere. We will be back next time we are in GR! Thank you, Olga!

Fantastic find - the food was absolutely amazing. Hardy food with interesting and unique spice combinations. The curry is nice and sweet and the jerk chicken was falling off the bone. The chef, Olga, came out to chat with the diners and have a glass of wine and conversation at the table. Overall 5 star experience all around - will definitely be back.
