Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

This has become my favorite Chinese restaurant!!! The food is all cooked from fresh ingredients and the flavors are incredible. They even make their own chili oil. Joanne teaches cooking classes on Saturdays and works the kitchen while William works the front of the house. Service is friendly, food is exceptional and you feel you are eating a someone's kitchen table. I highly recommend

My friend discovered this hidden gem, and I’m so glad we checked it out. The restaurant is small but clean, inviting, and easy to navigate. We came in for dinner and ordered from their authentic menu—nothing disappointed! The walnut shrimp was amazing—crispy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. We also tried the Bird’s Nest House Noodles, which were excellent. The string beans and beef (not even on the menu, but they kindly made it for us!) were absolutely delicious. The black bean chicken was packed with flavor, and the West Lake soup was comforting and tasty. The family who runs the place is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The service was great, and we even had a great conversation with them. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend giving this place a try! Let’s help this place get a 5 star so they can shine and keep the good food coming .

Second time eating here & both have been excellent. Good quality veggies & plenty of food! Spiced just right. Chili oil for the pot stickers is some of the best I ever had. Lady (maybe the owner?) is always so nice! 👍
