I recently stopped by the Chipotle Mexican Grill in Hermitage, Pennsylvania, and had a fantastic experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the food was fresh and delicious. I ordered the burrito bowl with chicken, white rice, black beans, pico and queso blanco, and it was cooked to perfection. The portion was generous, and the flavors were well-balanced.¹ What impressed me most was the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant. The dining area was spotless, and the staff were diligent about refilling drinks and clearing tables. Overall, I highly recommend the Chipotle Mexican Grill in Hermitage, Pennsylvania, for a quick, delicious, and satisfying meal. Will I return? Absolutely! I placed an online order for pickup and arrived around 20 minutes later at the stated pickup time. Once I was there, I waited another 40 minutes before my order was finally ready. This location has always been late with online orders, but I've never experienced it to this extent int the past. The staff were kind and apologetic, but given the situation, it seems clear that management does not care that they're understaffed and not properly balancing walk-in and online orders. I was offered free chips with my next order, but alas, I have no interest in getting Chipotle ever again, given that they value 40 minutes of my time at $4.65. As a side-note, their app appears to collect location data, including the time that you arrive and when your order is completed. There is no excuse that they don't know that this is a problem--you don't collect that data to not use it. They seem to have deliberately chosen to ignore the issue.
