I recently had a very disappointing experience at Chipotle. The food quality was far below what I expect from this restaurant. My meal didn’t taste fresh, and the ingredients seemed poorly prepared. The most alarming issue was that I actually found a small metal screw in my food. This is a serious safety concern and completely unacceptable for any restaurant. Unfortunately, I had placed my order through the drive-through, so I wasn’t able to immediately go back inside and inform the staff at the time. Because of that, I submitted a complaint through Chipotle’s website to report the issue. Overall, the experience left me very concerned about both the food quality and safety. I hope management takes this matter seriously and improves both their food safety practices and customer service to ensure this doesn’t happen to other customers.

Walked in at about 3pm on 01/23/2026. Maria and a black guy(i didn't recall his name) were serving. Very friendly and professional people. The bowl portion as advertised. Place was clean. It seemed to me that this place is real chipotle branch, unlikely in Lebec, CA that serves "cat" portions... Los Banos Chipotle - 5 🌟!

My wife likes it ,but I think it's white washed and a couple times I went they were out of meat and the wait was 20 minutes. I wouldnt come here it's not for me but I do once in a great while for my wife .
