Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

From Pork Ramen to Mochi: A Family-Friendly Feast 🍣🍜 If you have a family that can never agree on one thing, Cho Sushi is your culinary peace treaty. We visited recently and were impressed by how they managed to nail everything from the raw bar to the deep fryer. The Breakdown: • The "Obsession": Let’s start with the important stuff—the Mochi. If you are as mochi-obsessed as I am, you’ll know that texture is everything. These were the perfect, chewy, sweet finale to our meal. • The Hot Kitchen: The Pork Ramen was rich and comforting (exactly what you want on a sushi night), and the Shrimp Tempura was a total crowd-pleaser. It was light, crispy, and lacked that "oily" finish that lesser places often struggle with. • The Sushi: Often, when a place does ramen well, the sushi takes a backseat. Not here. The rolls were fresh, beautifully presented, and tasted as good as they looked. The Vibe: The service was efficient and friendly, which is a must when you’re dining as a family. We felt welcomed rather than rushed, and the food arrived in a steady flow that kept everyone happy. The Verdict: Cho Sushi is a rare gem that doesn't just "do it all"—it does it all well. Whether you’re here for a high-end roll or a steaming bowl of noodles, you’re in good hands. Power Reviewer Tip: Don’t skip the Mochi! It’s the perfect palate cleanser after a salty ramen or savory sushi roll.

First time here and will be back and back soon. Excellent service and sushi. My wife and I tried the Red Dragon and Green Turtle sushi plates. Fried dumpling appetizer was a great way to start out our dinner. Everything was reasonably priced and food came out fast for appetizers and sushi. Very enjoyable. Highly recommended. Enjoy!!!

Very Quaint Sushi restaurant. I like the small and cozy vibes. Giant maki and dragon eggs were delicious and a new item for me. The service is quick and friendly. Thus far best quality sushi in the area.
