My family likes to call and get stuff from when while we travel. We usually have no problems with them but for some reason this night we did. This review is a reflection of this night only and not the other days. I called ahead for cheesy bread expecting the normal 16 piece box as I was unaware of another size. The person on the phone did not make me aware of 2 sizes. So lets start on when I arrived. They had forgotten my ticket and had not even made it yet until I walked in. So that was a waste of time and disappointing. But it is what it is and people make mistakes. When I finally receive my order its significantly smaller than I expected or needed. So I kindly ask for a refund so I can purchase the larger box. They allowed me to keep the original box and make me a bigger size if I paid the difference, so I did. I finally get to leave and we start eating on the small box to find out down the road that the dough is RAW. Going here obviously was not meant to be at this point. I was not about to turn around and go back in that store as I already was getting judgy looks lol. Luckily the large box was fine, not raw. Then we get to the last few pieces of the bread a couple days later and disappointed to report PLASTIC in the bread under the cheese part. About 1x1 inch size. My kids eat this stuff. I'm so disappointed in this store for this all. Im hoping it was a one time thing but I may just pick up from the other cicis in town for a while. On a positive note, the manager was nice and allowed me to keep the original box when I was fully willing to give it back.

If I could give 0 stars i would. I saw rats, roaches, etc. in the kitchen crawling while waiting for my food. My kids and I did not want to eat here after seeing so we walked out.

Pizza hot and fresh and the cinnamon buns were amazeballs. All my kids and grandbaby happily devoured dinner! Will order again from this location.
