Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Cinnaholic visit 2/21/26 @ 10:30 AM. First time visit, walked in very low cold energy from server, no small talk I felt like it was just a veding machine transaction. The server offered no up grades, suggestions to try. I got 2 regulars and one chocolate cookie dough. Next I was surprised and how small the servings were compared to other similar eateries. The price was higher than expected $8.00 for regulars that look like minis and $11.00 for any fancy topping bun? Howevre the server told us to wait 4mins and she was right on point the buns were excellent in warmth taste and they come with extra icing compared to other places you never have to ask.for extra cream.cheese they laid it on thick thick, which was nice touch. Over all clean and beautiful place and excellent taste. Only area of improvement suggestion is friendlier customer interaction experience would have made my day!

Owner asked to remove the honest review!!!! Cinnaholic (this is the correct store, regardless of what the owner claims in the response. Expensive Letdown - A Hard Pass (★☆☆☆☆) My visit to Cinnaholic in Irving was a massive disappointment and a costly lesson learned. While the allure of fully customizable, 100% vegan cinnamon rolls is great on paper, the execution and overall experience were severely lacking, unfortunately earning this bakery a hard-pass rating. The issues started right at the counter. Despite the reputation for friendly service in Irving, the counter person we dealt with was notably unkind and unhelpful, setting a poor tone for the visit. To make matters worse, the wait time was ridiculous; it took over 15 minutes just to get three customized pastries. That kind of delay for a pre-baked item is simply unacceptable. When the rolls finally arrived, they didn't justify the premium price tag. At nearly $10 per roll, you expect bakery-quality excellence. Instead, the main event was dry, dense, and tasted more like a cheap imitation than a gourmet treat. It was clear that the heavy, overly-sweet frosting was meant to distract from the poor quality of the bun underneath. It's expensive, low-quality dessert masquerading as an indulgence. Between the excessively long wait, the rude service, the dry product, and the inflated cost, I absolutely cannot recommend Cinnaholic in Irving. Save your time and money—this is one spot that is definitely not worth the hype. Wet slippery floors made this place a health hazard! Had to go to raising canes to clean my pallet after tasting this…

This location in Grand Prairie, TX really can’t get it right. When they first opened, I was going around 3 times a week! It was that good! The cinnamon rolls were AMAZING and the service was GREAT! Now, I never go. This location’s cinnamon rolls are ALWAYS RAW and the service sucks! Even though I live about 2-3 minutes away from this location, I only go to the Arlington, TX location now because their cinnamon rolls are always PERFECT! However, I didn’t not feel like driving that far since it’s kind of late (8:00pm). So, I went to this location tonight for the first time in months. When I walked in, three girls were talking to each other and did not acknowledge I was in there. I locked eyes with one of them, but she was too interested in the girl talking with her back turned to me to say anything. A girl came from the back, noticed I was standing there, and that no one was helping me. So, she welcomed me into the store (she looked really irritated with the three girls in the front). When she welcomed me in, the three girls started laughing. I don’t know what was so funny about not doing your job, but okay. I ordered the caramel apple pie cinnamon roll and it had barely any pie crumble on it and only two apples. The container was filled with frosting that was straight melted butter or oil and the center of the roll was RAW as usual… The Arlington location’s cinnamon rolls never look like this! Needless to say, it went straight into the trash and I will officially no longer be going to this location. I used to rave about this location to everyone I knew that lived in area, but I will no longer be doing that. Which saddens me because I loved this place so much..
