I stopped by on my way to my favorite restaurant because I've been craving a cinnamon roll. And somehow, the skies opened up, this place appeared. So of course, I went in. Now... the welcome wasn't exactly in the room with us. (Okay, fine. Well, not really). When I walked in, the young lady was in the back. She came to the front with a simple "yes," as if I had walked up to her desk with a question instead of entering the shop as a customer. I ordered the Cookie Butter cinnamon roll. On my way out, I asked if it would hold up while I drove home. She nodded, and that was that. Customer service definitely has room for improvement. A warmer greeting and a little engagement would go a long way. On a brighter note, the shop itself is really, really cute. Very colorful, very clean, and very chic. They even have a flower bomb wall, which I absolutely love. The aesthetic is on point. If the service matched the vibe of the space, this place would be next level. Update : This cinnamon roll was AMAZING!

Went on 9/12 at 2 to pick up a surprise for my husband’s birthday. He loves cinnamon rolls! The two boys working the counter were super kind, funny, and helpful. Great workers. I’m so excited for him to try these! Highly recommend.

Came here about 30 minutes before they closed and the owner was kind and friendly. She gave us a fresh cinnamon roll and was kind enough to bring us water without asking. We ordered an Old Skool cinnamon roll which was so delicious! Highly recommend ordering it, the frosting is so unique; sweet, but not too sweet. We definitely be back the next time we are in Mansfield.
