Cinnaholic

My daughter and I decided to try Cinnaholic in Mesquite for the first time, and it was such a great experience! We went in about an hour before closing and were warmly greeted as soon as we walked through the door. When we stepped up to the counter, we were greeted again and helped by Donovan — who we later found out is the owner. We let him know it was our first visit, and he went above and beyond by walking us through the entire menu and sharing a list of their best sellers. He was patient, friendly, and truly made us feel welcome. We left extremely happy with our order and even more impressed by the amazing service. The cinnamon rolls were absolutely delicious, and the customer service was just as sweet. We will definitely be coming back to this location!

The desserts are great, I go here because they’re eggless.🍪 However I must say that service is declining. I ordered a couple of cookies and a pack of mini cinnamon rolls. The guy while ringing me up to pay asked me three times what I was getting. I noticed that he was engaged in a conversation with an other lady working there. She had my frosting for the cinnamon rolls and couldn’t even bring it to me until I asked. Them both couldn’t pay attention to the one ☝🏼 customer who was in the store. 🤦‍♂️

I ventured out today from my usual Very Berry cinnamon roll and decided to try the Strawberry Cheesecake cinnamon roll. It was the bomb! It was so good. This is going to be my new favorite.
