Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Circle of Friends in Findlay, Ohio still lives up to the fond memories we had from our first visit back in 2022. We happened to be passing through on our way home and decided to stop in again—and it did not disappoint. We split the veggie “All Around the World” platter for one. There’s also an option for two, but we remembered it being a lot of food, and the platter for one was the perfect amount. It left us satisfied without feeling overly full and was well worth the $14 price. The falafel was my favorite by far—I could honestly eat an entire platter of just that. The staff was friendly and attentive, which always adds to the experience. The space itself has so much personality, decorated with a mix of items and seasonal touches. At first glance it might seem a little chaotic, but it’s done in a way that feels lively, charming, and intentional—giving the restaurant its own unique character. If you’re in or around Findlay and want to try a variety of flavors and foods from around the world, I highly recommend Circle of Friends. And don’t miss the fun hats—they make for a great, playful photo op!

Food, service, and atmosphere are incredible. It’s a very personable experience and the owner is a very kind woman. I ordered the soup, sinigang (I believe that’s how it’s spelled), and she said, and I quote “I’ll spoil you”, and gave me more than I ordered. Also gave us extra rice to go with no extra charge. Portion sizes are incredible. You’ll always leave full with a whole other meal for later. I highly recommend the potato or chicken curry and the mango lassi to drink. Attentive staff, short wait time, delicious food, and the kindest owner. Shocked this place isn’t always packed. Absolutely love it here.
