🥂 We started with drinks: I tried one of the Valentine’s Day cocktails—a refreshing rosé spritzer with a strawberry 🍓 shrub. The hubs went with the Limonada, which was crisp and refreshing. 🍴 For the appetizer: We ordered the Flatbread and Labneh with olive tapenade. The labneh was delightfully rich and creamy with a silky mouthfeel, and the tapenade added the perfect touch of acidity and depth. The only downside was the portion of flatbread—an extra piece or two would’ve helped us enjoy every last bit of that amazing spread. 🍽 For the main course: The hubs chose the steak sandwich, served on flatbread with greens, pickled peppers, hummus, and a sauce of your choice. I went with the grilled chicken thighs seasoned with harissa, tomato paste, and pepper. Both plates also came with harissa-seasoned coarse sea salt, and we added a side of pickled cauliflower. Everything was seasoned beautifully, and the proteins were cooked perfectly. ✨ Final thoughts: Great food, great service, interesting art, and absolutely immaculate vibes. Would definitely recommend!

I’d recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for some delicious food in a calm and beautiful atmosphere. The restaurant was not crazy busy and not too loud. I’ve come here with large groups and rented out the back room, which is always a good time but it’s also great for a one-on-one date night. Definitely stop by Ciudad on your way through Georgetown

Almost tempted to gatekeep – w o w new favorite restaurant in Seattle. Everything is grilled to perfection, even the chicken thighs were melt in your mouth flavorful and soft. The sauces are delicious, the harissa is nicely smoky and lightly spicy. The coal-roasted baba ghanoush has insane depth of flavor. Even the salad dressing was delicious. Great cocktails, friendly service, and great vibe – can’t wait to go back many times!!
