One of the best ‘New American’ restaurants in Corridor area for a lot of reasons and recommend coming here if you can afford it occasionally. However, I was surprised on one dish for missing the mark this round unfortunately. For only being here once though and they change up their menu seasonal, I’m hopeful their ‘too salty’ dishes are few and far between. The service was good as they were knowledgeable on menu items. The ambiance was moody. They also have a wonderful bar area with a large upscale selection of drinks. Bathrooms were nice and it’s great to view the kitchen working away in the back area. Now for more food details. The group had the 5 course offering. Highly recommend the steak tartar as it was the groups favorite - “the Midwest’s poke bowl” . The least favorite was the scallop dish as it was way too salty it overpowered the flavor profile and was bitter. The agnolotti pasta, pork belly, and banana assortment dessert were delectable.

Every aspect of this restaurant exceeds my husband and I's expectations. The food and drinks are absolutely amazing. With most items being locally sourced their menu changes offering new experiences. Every server is well trained on their menu as well as etiquette and does not go unnoticed. The atmosphere offers intimacy and is stylish with low lighting. It is a relaxed and calm environment. Anytime we get a night out, this is our first selection.

What an amazing tasting menu experience! The decor makes you feel like you've walked into a movie set from the 30s. Antique furniture gives vibes of opulence, yet everything is warm and inviting. Seating is comfortable. Reservations were easy, and you can tell they spent time and care crafting the tasting menu and wine parings. I was excitedvenough to trybeach course that I did not get everything written down. 1st course was Carrot, kolrabi, emuilison garlic and one of my favorites of the night. Next was Rice vermicelli noodles lime braised lamb toasted peanuts, scallions-'asian inspired' they said and while good, did not mesh with the rest. 3rd was Green Garlic veloute pork tenderloin, garlic scapes,- deviously creamy and not too strong. Next was Flar iron steak , asparagus in a sauce I'll be talking about for years. Finally ' floating Islands' a marshmellow, strawberry, mint and cream desert that stole the show. Service was impeccable, smart and friendly. Excellent all around. You deserve stars.
