My oh my, send that Coconut Tai straight to my thighs! We ordered Coconut Thai in St. Paul through DoorDash and were seriously blown away. Everything arrived carefully packaged, hot, and intact like it had its own personal security detail. At first we thought it might be a little pricey, but after one bite we realized it was worth every penny and then some. The Pad Thai legitimately changed my life. I had two massive plates and I am absolutely STUFFED… and somehow the container is still half full (pictured). It’s like one of those endless oil lamps from a Hanukkah miracle — it just keeps coming no matter how much I eat. Flavor was perfect, noodles cooked exactly right, and the portion size is borderline supernatural. My wife got the pineapple fried rice and it was insanely good. Sweet, savory, perfectly balanced — I kept sneaking bites and almost regretted not ordering it myself. We both sat there in stunned silence for a minute just processing how good the meal was. If this is what delivery tastes like, I can’t even imagine how good it is fresh in-house. Coconut Thai just jumped to the top of our repeat-order list. 5 stars without hesitation.

NEW FAVORITE SPOT FOR SURE !! Like I want to try one of everything on the menu .! I eat a lot of Thai food so that says a lot if it’s my fav. 🙌🏽 My boyfriend don’t even eat noodles but I made him try the chicken pad Thai and now he won’t give my bowl back. 😂 service was great . It’s a lot of food like the amount of chicken was crazy !

In St. Paul for business and had a craving for Thai. After looking at several places, I settled on Coconut Thai. We were immediately seated at a small table for two. The place was busy but not packed. The Curry Puffs and Spring Rolls caught my eye for starters. The Spring Rolls were fat, and the peanut dipping sauce was tasty. The Curry Puffs were a lot like samosas, but with a sweeter filling. They were smoking hot out of the fryer and had to sit for a few minutes before I could eat them. They came with a very interesting dipping sauce. The best I can describe is that it was like a mignonette with a hint of cucumber. Very good! For the main course, we ordered Pad Thai with shrimp and Thai Basil Stir Fry with chicken. The veggies in the stir fry were plentiful and cooked just right. The chicken was good but not spectacular. The Pad Thai had good flavor but could have had some heat, and the shrimp was on the small side and a little overcooked. The service was very good. The servers were attentive and friendly.
