Organic and often local fruits and vegetables!🥕 🥗 frozen meats and meat substitutes, prepared foods, bakery breads, fabulous cheeses and milks, wonderful selection of teas, flours and spices! Remarkable homeopathic remedies and vitamins! Fun natural clothes! We have been shopping here for decades! Always helpful employees! Love their chile, cornbread, and smoothies! Great place to pick up lunch! Easy parking! Expensive but the quality is always fantastic!

A treasure!! Clean, organic, and all the food stuff our bodies need. Frozen fish so local the fisherman's name, vessel, and port are on the label. Also, a great deli for quick meals. Variety of fresh produce, meats, and just the right combo of packaged oils, meats, canned veggies, etc.
