Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

I was super excited to find a good looking salad place while visiting. I should've known better. I ordered a Cobb salad and southwest wrap. They charged me for a southwest salad and a southwest wrap. The girl who made my food clearly didn't want to be there. She had an attitude with me for asking questions as a first time customer, and another worker. She was lazy. My Cobb salad didn't have any egg in. It barely had any dressing or bacon bits. It had very little lettuce and mostly kale. The chicken was tough. The southwest wrap had whole tomatoes instead of pico. When another worker told her it was supposed to be pico, she replied with ''well nobody told me that'' and then proceeded to keep it incorrect. It only had 3 pieces of chicken in it. They didn't toss it in dressing, so it came with a cup of waterery ranch. When I mentioned to Serra that I was charged for the wrong salad, she said ''oh it's fine, the Cobb salad is more expensive anyways''. After getting home and checking the website, the Cobb salad is NOT more expensive, it's actually cheaper. So Serra is a liar. The receipt says Serra Henderson-Ainsworth. And she ain't worth a crap. I'm highly disappointed and mad that I paid $30 for garbage food including the tip. I'll never be back.

Went here today with my wife as she loves this place. This type of food usually isn’t my jam but I went there cuz my wife liked it. Really nice design to the store, clean menu and very fresh ingredients. The staff was very friendly too! My wife tried the Thai Noodle dish and really liked it. I went with the Southwestern Chicken and Rice bowl. It was pretty good. I was kinda expecting more of a burrito bowl type dish but this was much more like a salad. I’m typically not a big salad eater so it wasn’t my favorite meal but was still good nonetheless. I really liked the Cayenne Cranberry Lemonade as well, good cranberry flavor with a nice kick! Will be going back some time soon!

Finally ate here. Very good! Many vegan and vegetarian options. We will be returning. We ate outside because the music inside was pretty loud.
