Update to my review, management has reached out and was able to discuss my visit and they have done everything to make this bad experience right. Thank you to Scott and management for reaching out and doing in such a timely manner. If I was just giving the review based on the food itself I would have given it a 5 because the food was great. I got a bowl and soup and both were very tasty and good. The reason for the bad review was the really bad service and the lack of attention to detail. Individual that was taking my order, felt like they were more interested in talking with coworker than listening to the responses I was giving. I had asked for a couple things not to be put on my bowl and the person making my bowl included them. Then when checking out, I had asked for my receipt and worker realized it was out of paper, put the paper in and then said it won’t reprint. Rather than asking for help on how to reprint she said it won’t and walked away. These by themselves I wouldn’t have been so harsh but all of it together and within few minutes just made my experience poor.

I tried the Teriyaki Chicken & Broccoli Bowl and it was absolutely amazing. If you like spice like me, have them add more spice and definitely try it with the beet lemonade.
