First time driving out to Taylor for this place. Was VERY pleasantly surprised. All three items were outstanding and featured a depth of flavor and high quality meat I just haven't found in many other Chinese restaurants. The fired potstickers were delicious, and the potsticker sauce was as good as it gets. The sesame beef was still crispy despite a nice coating of flavorful sauce. The chicken lo mein had noodles so fresh tasting it was almost as if they were hand pulled (they weren't, given the uniform size and shape), but still very soft and flavorful. The inside was super clean and the staff was very friendly and on top of the service. Will definitely be back to try more items.

My husband and I live in Temple and happily make the drive to Taylor just to eat here. The food is incredible. The food reminds us so much of home. Every dish we’ve tried so far has been great, and my personal favorite is the Panang red curry. The restaurant is clean and the staff are always so kind and welcoming. We stumbled upon this place by chance while passing through, and it has become our go-to spot for real good food. Hits the spot every time! We continue to come back whenever we can. Highly, highly recommend!

I grew up eating at family run Cantonese restaurants in Houston so my bar for good Chinese food is high, and Correa did not disappoint in the least. The restaurant itself is cozy and inviting while the service makes you feel like family from the moment you walk in. We had the happy family, sweet and sour chicken, and the orange chicken with egg rolls. The food tastes incredibly fresh and the portions are generous. Seriously cannot say enough good things about them, we will definitely be back again and again.
