I don’t usually write reviews, but here I go. I was excited to come back to cosmic cafe after so many years and was disappointed with the service. Our lady server seemed friendly, but not attentive. We had a small table with appetizers and entrees, and finished dishes weren’t cleared even after being pushed aside of table, making it uncomfortable to eat. She checked in multiple times but didn’t bother to clear it out. I noticed the same issue at nearby tables too, so it didn’t seem like a one-time oversight. Having worked as a server, I know good service is more than friendliness, it’s about anticipating guests needs. I'm really glad that the cafe is back and want to visit often but I feel this kind of service will push customers away... (Also, I don't want to put the blame on wrong server, I'm specifically talking about the black hair, brown eyes girl, a bit taller than the other one and I was there on sunday!!)

I am beyond glad this place is back. The the vibe is fully intact and the food is as great as ever. It's still a perfect place to meet up with friends or just sit and exist. Thank y'all for returning.

Wonderful place to get a vegetarian lunch! I tried their tomato soup, spinach enchiladas, and falafels. I recommend this place especially to other vegetarian that want good quality food!
