We enjoyed a rare visit to Hollister and visited Cosmos Bar and Grill on recommendation from a family member. The lunch did not disappoint! Cynthia pleasantly greeted us upon entry and accommodated our request to sit outside on the patio. She checked on us frequently and made sure to take our order, replenish our drinks and ensure we liked our meal. We order calamari as an appetizer, steak sandwich and philly sandwich. All the meals were great, I had to take half my sandwich home. The restaurant is situated in the historic downtown, lots of character!

We decided to try this unique restaurant on the recommendation of the hotel staff in this cozy, atmospheric town; it felt straight out of a Lifetime movie. Stepping inside gave an inviting speakeasy vibe, with incredible decor and extremely friendly staff who guided us through the evening's specials. I opted for the beef stroganoff, while my wife chose the fruit de mer; both dishes arrived piping hot and executed to perfection. The atmosphere here is unbeatable, and if I'm ever back in Hollister, I'll definitely return. Highly recommend!

This was my first time here, and I was pleasantly surprised all the way around. The inside is beautifully decorated. Our glasses never got completely emptied and the servers checked in regularly to make sure everything was okay. That is impressive today. To top it all off, the food was excellent! I'll definitely come here again. It's so nice to see some good, new restaurants coming into town.
