The restaurant itself seemed very clean. The staff were friendly and provided great service. I ordered the cheese curds which were delicious and the Cod Plate. The Cod was over fried almost burnt. It was very hard. I only ate 1 piece out of 3.

The salad was wilted and looked unappealing. There was plenty of cut up romain lettuce, some red cabbage and a very strong red onion ring, along with a quarter of a fresh tomato that had been cut in half. Salad dressing was served in a small cup with a lid on it. There was also shredded cheese on top. Just enough to disguise the shape of the lettuce. We had the chicken pot pie. Which looked exactly like the menu picture. The bread bowl was very crisp and so crisp it wouldn't cut with a knife. There wasn't as much substance to the chicken, vegetables and gravy as appeared in the menu picture. It seemed that there was more gravy than anything else. As I think back on the pot pie, I think that it was similar in substance to those that one buys at the grocery store without the pie crust.
