We stopped to enjoy dinner on 2/16/26 arriving around 5:00 pm at the Athens, AL location. My husband ordered Mama’s Breakfast which was good. I ordered a vegetable plate - you were out of slaw and out of fried apples. In addition we wanted to purchase two take home $5 dinner specials - you were out of meatloaf. Finally I wanted to enjoy my Birthday Reward - Chocolate Cake which you were also out of. There were other guest around us sadly learning you were out of so many favorites! Just saddened the meal went in that direction. Left feeling disappointed. The highlight was our PRECIOUS server Anna Avery!! She was attentive, personable, gracious when explaining all the items we were requesting were not available. She served with a smile, kept our drinks full and was the best part of our visit by far!! Hope she’s around a while!!

Our server was Alex and she was fantastic (If available i would give her 10 stars). Very professional while being personable /friendly. It was so good we returned 2 days later only to have another awesome server Amanda. I would repeat my earlier sediments but don't want to be redundant! The whole staff was awesome. One of the managers approached us to make sure we were happy and we could not sing the praises of the team enough. My wife even commented "now that is a good manager checking on customers". I'm sure that her team is just following her excellent example!

Checked in at 1159, seated at 1220. Our waiter was great, but the time it took to get our food was horrible. There were only 2 in our party. I had the Grandmas breakfast platter, and she had mac and cheese Buffalo chicken. It was well after 1pm when we finally received our food. Several others that were seated around us, after we sat down, had already sat, ate, and left before we even received our plates. Our food didn't even come out at the same time. I rarely give bad reviews, and I understand things happen, but there was no sense in it taking that long to get what we had ordered. Again, not blaming the waiter. He was great!
